WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING AT BETESDA:

Guests are welcomed and showed to there rooms by very friendly staff and guests can relax at a cool swimming pool ! The Dining area at the Guest House caters for excellent farmhouse style meals which is prepared with great care by the hosts especially for you. You can also enjoy an ice cold Namibian brewed beer whilst the sun is slowly setting behind the mountains.

Relax in rooms which were built with flat rocks from the mountains of Betesda. Each room are equipped with the necessary things you need to relax with. The rooms have a wonderful view over the vast plains of the Namib with it's different contrasts of rock, grass, mountains and sand.

 

If you feel to enjoy nature fist hand then you can camp out under a big tree with braai facilities and hot water at the ablution block. Experience the clear sky at night with the sounds of jackal in the backround. The camping site is within walking distance from the dining area and swimming pool. To further you experience with nature our guide can take you horse riding on the farm between the koppies and mountains to experience the breathtaking views of the Namib.

For the most spectacular sunsets ever the host will take you on a Sun Downer Cruise with an open landrover at the edge of the mountains, where you can experience the vast plains spread out in front of you like a blanket. See how the magnificent mountains tower up to the clear blue sky. View herds of gemsbok with their calves grazing in the plains or climbing the nearby koppies.
